1. Buy this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000TYXYR8/ref=oss_product

To play on your TV and record on your computer simultaneously...
1A. Buy this (optional): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000RJJ0XW/ref=oss_product
1B. Buy this (optional): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000V0APLI/ref=oss_product

To use S-Video (slightly higher quality than composite) instead...
1C. Buy this (optional): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003E88Q8I/ref=oss_product

2. Download FMLE and config file from this: http://www.justin.tv/broadcast/adv_other
In FMLE, if you are using S-Video, change the input to S-Video.
If your computer can't read the video you just recorded, download the VP6 codec http://www.free-codecs.com/download/vp6.htm or H264 codec http://www.free-codecs.com/download/x264_video_codec.htm (they are similar). Most files can be played back with VLC: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

3. Register on this: http://www.justin.tv/

3A. If you have Windows 7, you will have to download an EasyCap driver that Windows 7 lacks... this: http://www.sabrent.com/drivers/USB-AVCPTSetup_For_Win7.zip (Composite)
http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=1419529 (S-Video)

3B. If you don't have winrar: http://www.win-rar.com/download.html

4. To view the xmp config file that you will need to put in FMLE that JTV gives you for the stream to flash media server option, download a program that can open it (I used dreamweaver): http://www.adobe.com/downloads/

2A. Alternate way: download Debut (http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/index.html) or amcap (http://amcap.en.softonic.com/?ab=4), download Dynno (http://www.dyyno.com/pages/downloads/), use Dynno to broadcast the video

Phantom's Settings: http://theswbfc.forumotion.com/t32-settings-to-record-with-a-grabber
My Settings for only recording: https://redcdn.net/ihimg/photo/my-images/594/fmle.jpg/
My settings for streaming: format is vp6, preset is normal, yes deinterlace, yes stream to flash media server, yes save to file, yes audio, panel options is output. Play around with the settings to see best quality
